Connect your payout account
To receive delivery orders paid online, easydine needs to know which bank account the money goes to. You do this once, under Organization → Payments, and it takes about five minutes.
Have this ready
Gather these before you start. With everything at hand, the form goes through in one pass:
- The company CNPJ. If you do not have one yet, use your CPF.
- The business bank account: bank, branch, account number and check digit.
- The postcode of the company address.
- Annual revenue (company) or monthly income (individual). An approximate figure is fine.
- If you register as a company: name, CPF, date of birth, phone number and address of the managing partner listed in the articles of association.
Step by step
- Open Organization → Payments and start the recipient registration.
- Choose Individual or Company. This choice decides which details the form asks for.
- Fill in the account holder, the address and the bank account.
- For a Company registration, name the managing partner and confirm the declaration at the end of the form.
- Submit. Required fields carry an asterisk, and any field with a problem is highlighted with an explanation of what to fix.
What we fill in for you
Several fields fill themselves, so you type as little as possible:
| You enter | easydine fills in |
|---|---|
| CNPJ | Legal name and trading name |
| Postcode | Street, neighborhood, city and state |
| — | Name, e-mail and phone from your user account |
Everything stays editable: if a detail comes back different from what you expect, type over it. The street number and any complement are always yours to fill in, because a postcode does not know them.
The bank account
The Bank field is searchable: type the name ("Itaú", "Sicoob") or the bank number and pick it from the list. No need to memorize the code.
Two points that often cause doubt:
- Account type: choose between checking account and savings account. Pick the one you actually hold — the transfer fails if it is wrong.
- Account in another name: by default the account belongs to the registered holder. If the money goes to an account in a different name, clear that option and enter the name and document of whoever owns the account.
The managing partner
This part appears only in a Company registration, and it is about the person listed in the company's ownership records — who is not always the person filling in the form.
If that person already uses easydine, pick their name from the list and their contact details are filled in. If they have no access to the system, choose Another person and type the details.
At the end of the section there is a declaration that the named person is a partner or legal representative of the company. You have to tick it yourself: that confirmation is sent along with the registration to our payment partner.
The holder's and the partner's information is checked against official records. A name, document or date of birth that differs from the CNPJ records fails verification, and the registration has to be done again.
After you submit
The registration goes through a check by our payment partner. The status appears under Organization → Payments, and you do not need to watch it: when something needs you, we tell you in the panel.
While the check runs you can carry on building your menu and your store. Online payment for delivery starts working as soon as the registration is approved.
What it costs
Connecting the account is free. The only fee on sales is 10% on orders paid online, processing included. The details are in Online payments and fees.
