Online payments and fees

When a customer pays for a delivery order on your website, that money is yours. This page explains how it gets to you and what it costs.

How the money gets to you

  1. Connect your account under Organization → Payments. The process is guided and takes about 5 minutes.
  2. The customer pays by card right on your website when placing the delivery order.
  3. The payment is processed securely by our payment partner.
  4. The money goes to your bank account, your business's own account. It doesn't sit in an in-between balance you have to withdraw later.

A single fee

There is one fee only: 10% on orders paid online, with card processing already included. There is no per-module fee and no weekend surcharge.

In practice: on a R$ 100 delivery order paid online, R$ 90 stays with you. The fee is automatic and charged once per sale. You don't have to calculate anything or pay a separate commission bill later.

A transparent delivery fee for your customer

Portaria SENACON/MJSP nº 61/2026 (a Brazilian consumer-protection regulation) requires anyone selling delivery to show the customer a summary box breaking down the delivery fee. easydine ships this ready-made: the box appears automatically on your store, with no extra setup on your part.

What about during the free trial?

During the 30-day trial, you don't pay a subscription. But heads up: the 10% fee on online payments also applies during the trial, automatically, once per sale. If you sell online-paid delivery during the trial, the 10% applies as usual.

Which plan is this in?

Delivery with online payment is part of the full orders module, available on the Enterprise plan. See Plans and limits and learn about easydine delivery.
